Description

Scents can indeed have a significant impact on our overall well-being. The sense of smell is closely connected to our emotions and can evoke powerful memories and feelings. Here are some ways in which scents can contribute to our well-being. This course will allow you to understand the types of scents and how to create different crafts to incorporate them.

Relaxation and Stress Relief: Certain scents, such as lavender, chamomile, and jasmine, have calming properties and can help reduce stress and anxiety. These fragrances can be used in various forms, including essential oils, or diffusers, to create a peaceful environment and promote relaxation.

Mood Enhancement: Scents have the power to uplift our mood and improve our emotional state. Citrus scents like orange and lemon are known for their energizing and refreshing effects, while floral scents like rose and ylang-ylang can create a sense of happiness and tranquillity.

Focus and Concentration: Some scents, such as peppermint and eucalyptus, have invigorating properties that can enhance mental clarity, focus, and concentration. These fragrances can be used during study or work sessions to boost productivity and alertness.

Sleep Improvement: Certain scents, like lavender and chamomile, have a soothing and sedative effect, making them ideal for promoting better sleep. Using these scents in the form of essential oils or pillow sprays can help relax the mind and body, leading to a more restful night's sleep.

A range of crafting can be created on this course from scrubs to room sprays.
