Ready to take your graphic design skills to a whole new level? Dive into the exciting world of 3D art! This course will equip you with the foundation knowledge and tools to create stunning, immersive visuals that will grab attention.  

Who is this course for?
What is Multiply? Multiply is a new government-funded programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills. Good numeracy skills may unlock job opportunities and lead to higher wages or prepare for further study. They also help in everyday life, such as helping children with homework and budgeting money. These courses are for adults aged 19+ who do not already have a GCSE at grade 4/C (or equivalent) in maths. Anyone with an interest in learining about 3D printing. Complete beginners are welcome to enrol.

Entry requirements
Learners must be over the age of 19 and without a level 2 qualification in maths.

Course aims
An introduction to the concepts and techniques of 3D art in graphic design. Familiarise learners with basic 3D modelling software and tools. It can encourage creativity and critical thinking through the creation of 3D graphic design projects.

How will the course be delivered?
This is a practical course and the sessions will include tutor-led demonstrations, learner-led group activities, instruction and repetition. These will form part of the delivery together with one-to-one support as required.

Will I need to study or practise outside the classroom?
It is always useful to practice your skills between sessions. Your tutor may set some home learning for you to practice. You will be expected to review your notes between lessons to ensure maximum benefit from your course.

How will I know I'm making progress?
Your tutor will set objectives for each session and give feedback on how you are progressing. You will agree personal targets as part of your Individual Learning Plan (ILP), and you will review your targets throughout the course to check your own progress..

What will I need for the course?
Please bring a pen and notepad and a laptop wth internet access. Full commitment to the course is expected.
